About the Position
The Salesforce & Business Systems Administrator is the technical architect of DDP's data flow. This role ensures that information moves seamlessly between our CRM (Salesforce), financial systems (ERP/Stripe), and marketing tools. As the gatekeeper of our systems and data, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution, optimizing our Salesforce instance to improve efficiency, productivity, and security across the entire organization.
You bring strong project management skills to vendor relationships and team support requests, pair them with data entry and management practices, and deliver high-fidelity reporting to the full leadership team.
About the Job

- Perform data imports and exports using Data Loader or ETL tool; enforce data quality standards and manage duplicates.
- Build and maintain revenue reporting datasets; ensure revenue opportunities in Salesforce are accurately reflected in billing and ERP systems.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the Quote-to-Cash process, including product configuration, pricing, and billing automation.
- Design, build, and maintain custom reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights for sales, marketing, and the leadership team.
- Update and maintain user records; ensure data hygiene across integrated platforms.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce issues; provide timely triage and resolution for support tickets and technical inquiries.
- Develop documentation and deliver training so team members can effectively utilize the platform.
